All products offered by Sport Italia srl are covered by a two-year warranty for conformity defects, in accordance with Legislative Decree 24/02. Damages caused by improper use are not covered, and we will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the improper use of the products sold by us.
Warranty does not cover all pole vault poles and throwing equipment for track and field.

In all cases of merchandise returns, the transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is for a defective product covered under warranty, the redelivery expenses for the replacement product will be covered by Sport Italia srl.
