Warranty

All products offered by Sport Italia srl are covered by a two-year warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. Damage caused by misuse is not covered, and we shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of the products we sell.
Excluded from warranty are all pole vault poles and throwing implements for track and field athletics.
 

Right of Withdrawal

Sport Italia srl offers its customers a "satisfaction guaranteed or money back" policy. If the customer is not satisfied with the goods received, they may return them and will be refunded as provided by applicable law.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and subsequent amendments, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

The easiest and quickest way to request a return is to use the "Request return" button available directly in the "My orders" section of your account. Alternatively, you may send a written communication to:

In any case, we recommend contacting us by phone as soon as possible.

Return conditions

• Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging complete with all parts (documentation, accessories, manuals, cables, etc.) and with adequate outer packaging carefully sealed.
• Shipping costs for the return of goods remain the responsibility of the customer.
• Products received after the prescribed deadline or lacking the requirements indicated above cannot be refunded.

Available options

Following an accepted return, the customer may choose between:

• Replacement of the goods
• Refund of the amount paid — to be credited to a bank or postal account (required details: CIN Code, ABI Code, CAB Code, Account Number and Account Holder). The refund covers the price of the product and the original shipping costs and will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, as provided by applicable law.

Goods received at our warehouse will be inspected to check for any damage or tampering not attributable to transport.

Returns / Return of Goods

In all cases of return of goods, shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. This excludes the return of defective goods under warranty, in which case the return shipping costs for product replacement are borne by Sport Italia srl.
