Starting block in iron / aluminum for competition. Made with a sturdy U-shaped longitudinal member in galvanized iron, 3 mm thick. and length cm. 89, shaped with a longitudinal central rib to improve the resistance of the structure in the departures avoiding problems of curvature. The side member has 34 laser-cut slots for longitudinal graduation of the logs on 15 positions per side and is equipped with a rear handle to facilitate transport. The large surface logs (13x20 cm) are made of 5 mm thick aluminum sheet, laser cut and folded, therefore, without any welding. They can also be graduated in inclination on five positions to better adapt to the athlete's needs; the support surface is covered with synthetic rubber like that of the surface of the track with a thickness of mm. 14. The block to improve grip on the track, mounts 12 steel spike 12 mm long. W.A. approved with certification n. E-00-0240.
